Do you offer delivery?

In addition to pickup, we also offer delivery. Please note that delivery pricing varies based on the

distance and the item(s) being ordered.

Cakes (all tiers):

• Over 25 miles: Base fee of $80 + $1.50 per mile (one way).

• Under 25 miles: Base fee of $50 + $1.50 per mile (one way).

Cookies:

• Base fee of $30 + $1.50 per mile.

How far in advance should I place my order?

It depends on the type of order and the season, but we recommend placing your order at least 2–3

weeks in advance. For larger events or busy holidays, ordering even earlier is encouraged. Once

you know your event date, it's best to reserve your spot.

How are the cookies packaged, and how long do they stay fresh?

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed to maintain freshness. Cookies stay fresh for at least one

week at room temperature when kept sealed. For longer storage, they can be frozen for 2–3

weeks. Simply allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying.

How do I secure my order?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order and event date. Your order is not

considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or

before the pickup or delivery date.

What is your cancellation policy?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us at

least two weeks before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Once work has begun on your

order, we are unable to refund the deposit or accommodate cancellations.

Do you accommodate food allergies?

Our products are made in a home bakery that handles common allergens, including wheat, eggs,

dairy, soy, and nuts. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any

item is completely allergen-free.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan products.
